By creating an account or using CueBill, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

CueBill is software for managing billing and operations at snooker, pool and gaming clubs. We may update, improve or change features over time.

Free trial & subscriptions

New clubs receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription, billed through the app store. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Use the service lawfully and only for your own business.
• Ensure the data you enter is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

Availability

We work hard to keep CueBill reliable but provide the service "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
